All November long we are collecting pet food for the Humane Society of Skagit Valley, and non-perishable human food for the Concrete Food Bank. The Humane Society will take any brand of dry cat food, and Costco signature or other grain free for dog food. In addition to pet food, the Humane Society is also in need of various other items, including: peanut butter, block cheese, rice, new or gently used tube socks, mixed vegetables frozen or canned, gently used blankets cut up in 4 squares, scotch tape, regular copy paper, pens, cat toys, small to medium size dog biscuits, cat treats, gas cards, gift cards (Costco, Dollar Tree, Postoffice), cleaning products, wipes, paper towels, bleach, and laundry soap.
Stop by and donate what you can! Every little bit helps.
