Bear with us as we step into this next chapter, next week (12-8 thru 12-11) we will be training on our new pizza oven and getting familiar with our new set up. We will be opening a little later Tuesday-Thursday at 3pm. We will be serving beer, apps and maybe even letting you get a sneak peek of a slice or two! Birdsview Brewing Company is a small craft brewery located in scenic Birdsview, Washington. We brew all of our beer on site. Birdsview Brewery is a great place to visit, whether you are on the North Cascades Highway just passing through, or seeking a destination for food, beer, and fun with friends. We are family owned and operated, and offer a easygoing, relaxing atmosphere.

Ingredients

All of our ingredients are grown in Washington. We also feature seasonal beers with malt grown and malted here in Skagit Valley. In September, we offer a seasonal Fresh Hop Pale Ale, brewed with hops we grow and handpick from our property. You can't get more local than that!

Did you know...

We are family friendly! Sadly, our beer garden (pictured above) is 21 and over only. However, inside our establishment is all ages! 

We try to accommodate large groups, but we are a very small place. Please call ahead if you have a party of 8 or larger so we can do our best to make room for you.
