This is the only Pilsner we have on tap (we like our ales in Birdsview). A world
renowned German lager yeast gives this Pilsner a unique, crisp, and highly
carbonated character. This light beer is perfect for a hot summer day.

This Belgian Wit beer is light in color, and brewed with bitter orange peel and coriander. Witless offers a faint aroma of coriander, and you taste the orange on the tip of your tongue. This beer finishes with a crisp spiced note.

This crisp and refreshing blonde ale hits you with an alluring lime aroma. Right away you will taste a faintly sweet lime note, compliments of the lime peel in the brew. The lime lingers on your palate, until you get the mildest hop note at the end. Ditsy Blonde is a terrific combination of crisp, light, slightly sweet, smooth, and tasty. Perfect for any beer lover!

Golden Pale Ale (GPA)
This beer is golden in color, and provides sweet floral nose. Our GPA has a nice body, and leaves an attractive lace trail down your glass as you enjoy this beer. Finally, our GPA evolves into a clean, crisp hoppy finish. It is an extremely drinkable beer, perfect for pale ale or IPA lovers.

Amber Luscious is light amber in color, and supplies a subtle maltiness. The pure maple syrup incorporated in this brew adds a slightly sweet note. A mild fruity aftertaste complements this smooth, drinkable amber ale. Amber Luscious a great option for someone who isn’t sure what beer to try, but wants to start with something simple and tasty.

Our India Pale Ale provides a subtle grapefruit nose, and you initially taste a slight citrus note, with a pleasant hoppy flavor following. The enjoyable hoppiness of the IPA lingers on your palate as you finish each drink. This IPA is brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops, grapefruit peel, and local honey. Overall, IPA is strong and bitter, in the typical IPA fashion, but IPA fans will appreciate the smoothness and drinkable nature of this beer.

Holy GrALE Imperial Stout (Winter Seasonal Only)
This stout is black in color, and impenetrable by light. It offers a wonderful coffee and
vanilla nose, complements of the locally roasted coffee and bourbon vanilla extract in the brew. It is very smooth, thick, rich and creamy. Holy GrALE ends on a delectable sweet note, with hints of chocolate and vanilla lingering on your palate. It is the perfect winter ale.
