Barley Legal   Originally named “Barely Legal”, made for our daughter’s graduation from Gonzaga Law School. A wheat beer with lemon and honey

 

Hefeweizen  Our Hef brewed with true German yeast

 

Pail Ale   Yes, it’s spelled right. The name originated in 19th Century England when the beer was carried in pails. Caramel and Pale malt gives this beer a deliciously unique flavor

 

Screaming Eagle IPA    Triple hopped made with 50 pounds of honey

 

IPA   Stands for India Pale Ale. Our hoppiest brew on tap, but definitely not your typical IPA

 

Amber Lushus  A golden amber ale brewed with 3 gallons of maple syrup

 

Sweet Brown Molly A tasty brown ale brewed with Vienna Malt and molasses

 

It’s Da Porter  Chocolate Malt gives this beer its rich, dark flavor

 

NOW ON TAP - BLUE NOONER -  A Blackberry ale made from local blackberries and Blue Agave
